Welcome to Face of Dreamaville! By participating in or voting in our contest, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be Nigerian women aged 18 years or older to enter the Face of Dreamaville contest.
• Participants must submit all required information truthfully. Any false information may lead to disqualification.
• Contestants must have a minimum of 300 votes to qualify for further stages in the contest.

2. Voting Terms

• Voting is monetized at a rate of N200 per vote.
• Each vote is final and cannot be refunded once cast.
• There is no limit to the number of votes a supporter can cast for any contestant.
• Any attempt to manipulate or falsify votes through fraudulent means, such as bots or other voting software, will lead to disqualification of the contestant.

3. Prizes and Rewards

• The Face of Dreamaville winner will receive:
  • N200,000 cash prize
  • Endorsement deals from our sponsors
  • Features in Dreamaville movie projects
  • All-expense-paid trip
  • Free photoshoot, makeup, and wig
  • Shopping vouchers
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items unless specified.

4. Entry Conditions

• Contestants must adhere to all Face of Dreamaville rules and timelines.
• Contestants may be required to participate in promotional activities, including photoshoots, interviews, and media appearances.
• Dreamaville reserves the right to use contestant images, videos, and names for promotional purposes across various media platforms.

5. Disqualification

• Dreamaville reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who fails to adhere to the rules, provides false information, or engages in any behavior that may harm the reputation of Face of Dreamaville.
• Contestants engaging in disrespectful or offensive behavior will be immediately disqualified.

6. Privacy Policy

• By participating, contestants agree that Dreamaville may collect and store personal information for the purpose of the contest, including names, contact information, and photos.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required for contest operation and promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dreamaville and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in the voting system or contest platform.
• Contestants and voters participate at their own risk. Dreamaville will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injury that may occur during or as a result of the contest.

8. Contest Changes and Cancellation

• Dreamaville reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time, in case of unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
• Dreamaville reserves the right to alter the voting period, prize list, or contest structure if necessary.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering or voting in Face of Dreamaville, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Face of Dreamaville reserves the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of participants to stay informed about any updates.
