Welcome to the Dreamaville Universal Achievements Awards (DUAA)! By participating in or voting in our contest, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
Participants must meet the specific criteria outlined for each award category in the Dreamaville Universal Achievements Awards.
Participants must submit all required information truthfully. Any false information may lead to disqualification.
Nominees must meet any minimum vote requirements specified for their category to qualify for further stages in the awards process.
Voting Terms
Voting is monetized at a rate of N200 per vote.
Each vote is final and cannot be refunded once cast.
There is no limit to the number of votes a supporter can cast for any nominee.
Any attempt to manipulate or falsify votes through fraudulent means, such as bots or other voting software, will lead to disqualification of the nominee.
Entry Conditions
Nominees must adhere to all Dreamaville Universal Achievements Awards rules and timelines.
Nominees may be required to participate in promotional activities, including photoshoots, interviews, and media appearances.
Dreamaville reserves the right to use nominee images, videos, and names for promotional purposes across various media platforms.
Disqualification
Dreamaville reserves the right to disqualify any nominee who fails to adhere to the rules, provides false information, or engages in any behavior that may harm the reputation of the Dreamaville Universal Achievements Awards.
Nominees engaging in disrespectful or offensive behavior will be immediately disqualified.
Privacy Policy
By participating, nominees agree that Dreamaville may collect and store personal information for the purpose of the awards, including names, contact information, and photos.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required for awards operation and promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Dreamaville and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in the voting system or awards platform.
Nominees and voters participate at their own risk. Dreamaville will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injury that may occur during or as a result of the awards.
Contest Changes and Cancellation
Dreamaville reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the awards at any time, in case of unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
Dreamaville reserves the right to alter the voting period, prize list, or awards structure if necessary.
Acceptance of Terms
By entering or voting in the Dreamaville Universal Achievements Awards, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Dreamaville reserves the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of participants to stay informed about any updates.
